- Dr. Smtih was born in Pocatello, ID and raised in the Marsh Valley area of eastern Idaho. He is married with 8 children and 5 grandchildren. Dr. Smith presently has licensure in Idaho and Utah and is a member in good standing with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, American Medical Association, and Fellow status in American College of Surgeons. He is also a member of the Idaho Medical Association of Southern Idaho Medical Association. Dr. Smith has earned Board Certification in the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery.
